Common questions
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit gets your project started and the rest is due on completion. Smaller jobs are paid upfront.
How long does a website take?
A Starter site usually takes about a week, and a Business site 2–3 weeks, depending on how quickly content is ready.
Can I make changes during the project?
Yes. Two rounds of revisions are included. Extra changes beyond that are quoted separately.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once paid in full, you get all the files and logins.
Do you do site visits for tech support?
No. All tech support is done remotely over a secure screen-sharing connection. It's faster, and there are no travel costs.
Do you help after launch?
Absolutely. A monthly care plan covers updates, backups, hosting and priority support.
